We gladly accept returns and exchanges, Just contact us if you have got that packet and if you feel need return to us. and please ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery. when we have got your returned packet, we will make a refund to you.

Why shipping cost so expensive ?

a. this overseas international shipping where based from The United States Postal Service (USPS®) ,Canada and United Kingdom Post had making changes to the pricing of their mailing services.
