📢 Important Notice for U.S. Buyers (Not Applicable to Other Countries).
As of August 29, 2025, most packages shipped to the United States will be subject to import tariffs. Tariffs are government-imposed taxes on imported goods.
Based on the policy from President Donald Trump, all imported goods from Indonesia are subject to a 19% import tax. Therefore, any additional customs fees or duty charges will be the responsibility of the buyer.
At artsofbrass, we truly value our US customers and are committed to making this transition easier. To help reduce the impact of these additional costs, we are always try to help our buyers by slightly reducing the product price and shipping cost to help ease the additional tax burden. In addition, we upgrade the standard shipping service to DHL Express at no extra charge, with an estimated delivery time to the USA of approximately 8–10 business days, or even faster.

What payment will be accepted ? and How if I don;t have PayPal account but I want make that payment with Credit card ?
We accept PayPal (recommended), credit card, and eCheck.
if you make your payment with eCheck, we need wait until that eCheck have cleared for ship your packet and that will take 3-4 days for cleared that eCheck.
and so sorry because this is International selling, in this time we can;t accepted "Etsy Gift card".
even that option pay with PayPal, you can still continue make your payment with your Credit card, when you on front page on PayPal when you check out your cart, and please choose pay with your credit card later.

Does That shipping have tracking code and could you provide that tracking link ?
yes, for all of your orders will have tracking code, you can check it on your purchased page for that tracking code. we will put that tracking code after we have ship that packet on post office.

Why shipping cost so expensive ?
a. this overseas international shipping where based from The United States Postal Service (USPS®) ,Canada and United Kingdom Post had making changes to the pricing of their mailing services. Rates in some categories will increase, some will stay the same, and others will decrease. The new rates have take effect on this 2016, July – 17.
b. And for this kinda hardware or most international shipping we need pay more exporting tax as a seller.
c. We have try put my hardware to envelope for make it more cheaper and report it as document, but post office not allowed with that method because that not a document and will count at parcel. will need to declare as a parcel. and for parcel that more expensive with document.
